Booking and Consultation Policy
Consultation Recommendation:
It is highly recommended that a full skin consultation be booked prior to scheduling any appointment, especially if you have not received aesthetic treatments before. This ensures that treatments can be tailored to your specific skin type and needs.
A comprehensive consultation, including a detailed medical history, allergy status, and discussion of any skin concerns, can be conducted during your appointment.
Booking Fee:
A 50% booking fee is required when making an appointment. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative booking if a cancellation is necessary.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Notice for Cancellation:
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. If possible, please provide this notice to avoid any inconvenience.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please be aware that the next available slot may take several weeks.
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend or no-show for your appointment twice without providing a valid reason, you will not be able to re-book an appointment with Your Skinology Expert.
Subscription Services
Skin Subscription:
Clients can opt for a skin subscription service, which includes regular treatments tailored to their skin needs. This service provides ongoing support and maintenance for optimal skin health.
